How long does it take to receive a reply?

We usually reply within 24–48 hours, depending on current filming schedules.
If your message is urgent or related to an ongoing project, please mention it in the subject line for faster handling.

Can I request a custom drone video or collaboration?

Absolutely.
We welcome requests for custom aerial projects, including promotional videos, events, real estate, or documentaries.
Please describe your idea, location, and preferred dates — we’ll review feasibility and send you a proposal.

Where is Dronorama based?

Dronorama currently operates from the Canary Islands (Spain), with projects across Europe and selected international locations.
For filming requests outside our base area, travel logistics and local drone regulations will be discussed individually.
